Introduction
PMV is an independent, certified service organisation offering companies, organisations and institutions a complete range of services and equipment for cleanroom validation and decontamination, testing and maintenance of air technology installations and laboratory equipment. In addition PMV supplies equipment and equipment calibration services for cleanroom measuring and temperature registration systems.

Quality
PMV chooses to place themselves in the market as an organisation by means of supplying quality to their customers. Based on this PMV is endeavouring to win the customer's trust in the organisation, the staff and the services. The quality of the services, the realization process, as well as the quality consciousness of the staff experienced by the customer, are determining factors for the success of this policy. The foundation for this is the quality system at hand which takes into account ISO-9001. Retaining the ISO-9001 certificate gives the customer a clear signal that quality takes centre stage at PMV.
This quality system is modelled by investing in staff training, refining the validation and calibration protocols and purchasing the newest advanced reference equipment.

Customer audits
PMV regularly receives visits from customer's auditors who want to inspect the PMV quality system to assess in how far this links to the demands and requirements of the (pharmaceutical) industry. These customer audits are wound up to ours and our customer's satisfaction and have even been rewarded with a quality certificate from the customer.
