PMV's service is aimed at our customer's equipment, which is critical to their company, functioning optimally. Good maintenance and periodic checks (validation) of installations, enclosed areas and equipment are an absolute condition. PMV can carry out these services for you. With a team of well-trained Dutch and Belgian service technicians, PMV carries out annual maintenance, calibration, validation and decontamination for more than 10,000 installations, enclosed areas and pieces of equipment.

The quality of our service is of overriding importance to you to enable safe work in your laboratory environment. PMV is ISO 9001:2000 certified and recognised by STEK. This means to you:

• 24-hour service for the equipment critical to your company
• Back-up equipment for calamities

Our service technicians make use of advanced, reliable measuring equipment, calibrated in accordance with international standards.

Personnel
Naturally the people who are at your service are the basis of the quality we offer. Before our technicians can be of service to you, they follow an extensive training programme in which not only technology is central. Following customer-specific instructions and conduct in enclosed areas critical to the company are also of crucial importance. Every PMV technician therefore follows GMP training.

After a technician has been trained, his knowledge will be tested and he will receive testing qualifications when judged competent.

Reporting
We understand as no other that not only the validation measurements, but also the validation report with the documented proof of your facility's or equipment's compliance, must comply with the demands. That is why the greatest possible care is taken with the report.
