Remote-Slit-Sampler (R2S)
The R2S Microbial Air Sampler incorporates industry standard Slit-to-Agar methodology with comparable microbial recovery/sensitivity, offering a highly accurate analysis of air quality. The R2S is designed for monitoring clean rooms, LAF Hoods and Isolators, but can be employed for monitoring in virtually any critical environment. It is designed to allow for sanitization of all surfaces exposed to the environment while its streamlined design affords minimal disruptive effects on Laminar Airflow in critical environments

R2S Compressed Gas / Confined Space (RCG)
The Remote Compressed Gas/Confined Space Sampler (RCG) is a remote Slit-to-Agar Impaction sampling device which allows for sampling of compressed air and gas systems, and critical areas where a sampling device cannot be directly placed.

Remote Autoclavable Sampler (RAS)
The Remote-Autoclavable Sampler is a Sieve Impactor Sampler with microbial recovery comparable to a Slit-to-Agar Air Samplers.

Sterile Cassette System (SCS)
(Currently in Development)
The Sterile Cassette System (SCS) incorporates the EMTEK single use, sterile, Slit-to-Agar Impaction Sampling Cassette (Patent Pending). The Sterile Cassettes (SC) will come double bagged and sterile irradiated. This self contained sampling cassette is ideal for your most critical areas.
For operation the cassette is removed from its packaging and placed on the SC Base assembly, which supplies vacuum and turntable rotation for the cassette, from the V100 or R2SC Controllers. The desired sample inlet for either a 28.3 or 100 LPM sample rate is uncovered and then sampling is performed. The inlet seal is then replaced and the plate is packaged for transport to the lab for incubation.

High Pressure Diffuser
Due to frequent inquiries, The High Pressure Diffuser assists in the testing of compressed air/gas systems for total air particulates. This diffuser can be used in conjunction with almost any Laser Particle Counter (LPC) on the market with a 1 CFM, or 28.3 LPM Flow Rate for testing of particles down to 0.3 microns.
With the three piece construction of electro-polished 316SS, the unit itself generates virtually no particulate matter. It is ideal for accurate particulate monitoring of your Compressed Air and Gas Systems. |
